Your role and responsibilities
Administer and monitor Hard Disk Encryption (HDE) across ATM terminals to ensure full encryption and regulatory compliance. Manage and update Application Whitelisting policies to restrict unauthorized software and maintain endpoint integrity. Oversee ATM Antivirus tool operations, including signature updates, health monitoring, and incident management. Conduct periodic compliance audits to identify and remediate non-compliant or partially encrypted terminals. Collaborate with client security and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-level issues. Generate and analyse compliance reports covering encryption, whitelisting, and antivirus status for management review. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for encryption or policy synchronization failures and implement corrective actions. Support new ATM deployments, ensuring pre-installation of endpoint security components and successful policy enforcement. Work closely with network and operations teams to maintain secure connectivity between ATMs and central servers. Maintain updated documentation for configurations, compliance records, and audit trails.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Understanding ATM components: card reader, PIN pad, dispenser, sensors, and controller.
- Knowledge of ATM software platforms (e.g., NCR, Diebold, Wincor Nixdorf).
- Familiarity with OS used in ATMs (Windows, Linux, or embedded systems).
- PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.
- Local banking regulations for ATM operations.
- Data privacy and GDPR-like standards if relevant.
