Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your role and responsibilities
• At least one certification from Azure / AWS / GCP / IBM Cloud. SAP Security / GRC certification is mandatory.
• At least 6-8 years of hands-on in both SAP Security (including S/4HANA) and SAP GRC area is mandatory.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge and experience in SAP Security and GRC technical and functional knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP BW - BOBJ, SAP GRC (AC/PC), IAG, IAS, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, etc.
• Must have detailed END-TO-END experience (min 5 years) in handling SAP Security / GRC implementation (Greenfield) engagements. Exposure in handling Brownfield / Blue Field implementation would be a plus.
• Proven practical experience analyzing, configuring, and maintaining security roles and profiles
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel

• Contribution in creating Tools/accelerators to automate any SAP Security / GRC tasks / actions are expected (at least 2).
