Introduction
The SAP Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, execution, and optimization of SAP systems within the organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of SAP processes and procedures, as well as excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

- SAP Process Coordination: Lead and manage all aspects of SAP process implementation, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Change Management: Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for change management in SAP environments. This includes assessing the impact of changes, planning the transition, and executing the change effectively.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to SAP processes. Effectively communicate complex SAP information to various stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, and executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure smooth implementation and operation of SAP processes.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve existing SAP processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for automation or system enhancements.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to end-users and IT staff on the use of SAP systems, as well as training new staff on SAP processes and functionalities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to SAP operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Project Leadership: Lead SAP-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet project objectives.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in SAP process management, preferably in a similar industry.
- User knowledge of SAP ERP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
- Strong understanding of SAP Change Management and Process Integration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business processes.
