Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant Intern at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, or Oracle, to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions
• Support strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management and stakeholder interviews
• Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios

These positions are anticipated to start in 2026. We have positions open in these locations:
• Calgary, AB
• Montreal, QC
• Ottawa, ON - Security Clearance eligibility.
• Toronto, ON

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

• A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view.
• Quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.
• Willingness to travel.
