We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Solution Architect (Cloud) to join our team, with a strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex system integrations. This role requires a technically skilled professional with a strategic mindset and leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements:
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Expertise:
Proven hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support and enhance business processes.
- Salesforce Integrations Experience:
Solid experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), or other integration tools.
- Solution Design and Technical Leadership:
Ability to lead the design of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Responsible for creating technical architecture documentation and providing guidance to implementation teams.
- Code Review and Development Standards:
Skilled in reviewing code (Apex, Lightning Components, etc.) and ensuring compliance with development best practices and Salesforce standards.
- Testing and Release Management Best Practices:
Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and release management processes, including change sets, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform architecture, including deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, customization, and configuration.
- Strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, aligning technical strategies with complex business requirements.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware (such as MuleSoft), web services (REST/SOAP), and external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development tools.
- Experience with solution architecture frameworks and methodologies, including multi-cloud or multi-org environments.
- Leadership in technical design discussions, guiding developers and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance tuning in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer are highly preferred.
