Your role and responsibilities
Sales Insights Analyst, IBM Corporation, Bellevue, WA (Up to 60% telecommuting permitted)
- Work closely with the business to understand stakeholders' needs and design insightful solutions ranging from dashboards to custom, ad hoc analyses of sales activities, customer engagements, and sales performance.
- Design and develop dashboards that take raw engagement, customer and spend information to convey how efficient each function of marketing is at identifying opportunities of greater value.
- Analyze and develop data models to ensure that data structures appropriately support business requirements.
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design, and high performing reporting.
- Collaborate with business and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and validation criteria.
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
- Leverage data tools and tableau to integrate and maintain quality/quantity of responses at a weekly pacing.
- Monitor overall ROI of campaigns and construct compelling client experience for business results.
- Work on account/segment level targeting; deploy practices and governance that will help the campaign team to display successful data driven decisions made annually.
- Analyze data to design systems and procedures that drive business insights.
- Create performance metrics to assess business status and perform data querying using SQL.
