Your role and responsibilities

Como Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho, você será responsável por garantir que as operações da IBM nas localidades sob sua responsabilidade estejam em conformidade com as regulamentações de saúde e segurança aplicáveis e com os padrões da IBM Global Safety. Você terá papel essencial na promoção de uma cultura de prevenção, saúde e bem-estar, apoiando tanto a excelência operacional quanto o cumprimento das obrigações legais.

Principais responsabilidades incluem:

• Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar programas de segurança ocupacional alinhados aos padrões da IBM Global Safety e à legislação vigente.
• Realizar inspeções de segurança, avaliações de riscos e análises de perigos para identificar condições inseguras e recomendar ações corretivas.
• Apoiar na implementação e manutenção do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais (GRO) e do Programa de Controle Médico e Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO).
• Conduzir ou apoiar investigações de incidentes, aplicar metodologias de análise de causa raiz e assegurar a implementação efetiva das ações corretivas e preventivas.
• Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, relatórios e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) para acompanhamento gerencial.
• Coordenar e ministrar treinamentos, diálogos de segurança (DDS) e campanhas de conscientização voltadas ao fortalecimento da cultura preventiva.
• Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares - incluindo Facilities, Recursos Humanos, Jurídico e Finanças - em assuntos relacionados à conformidade, relações trabalhistas e segurança operacional.
• Gerenciar e avaliar fornecedores e prestadores de serviço, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança da IBM.
• Apoiar iniciativas de meio ambiente e preparação para emergências, garantindo prontidão para auditorias e inspeções.
• Contribuir para projetos de melhoria contínua, identificando oportunidades de simplificação, automação e otimização de processos de segurança.

Requisitos Profissionais e Técnicos Obrigatórios

• Formação completa como Técnico(a) em Segurança do Trabalho, com registro ativo no Ministério do Trabalho (MTE) conforme a legislação brasileira.
• Experiência superior a dois anos na área de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional (SSO), atuando em ambientes industriais, corporativos ou de serviços.
• Conhecimento abrangente de todas as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) emitidas pelo Ministério do Trabalho, incluindo sua aplicação no gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais, saúde, segurança e proteção ambiental.
• Capacidade para realizar avaliações de riscos, inspeções de segurança e investigações de incidentes, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e corporativos.
• Experiência na elaboração e manutenção de relatórios técnicos, indicadores de desempenho e documentações de segurança.
• Conhecimento intermediário da norma ISO 45001 (Sistema de Gestão de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional).
• Conhecimento básico da norma ISO 9001 (Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade).
• Forte senso de responsabilidade, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
• Boas habilidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipe, com postura proativa na resolução de problemas.
• Conhecimento básico de inglês e espanhol, suficiente para leitura e comunicação no ambiente global da IBM Global Safety.

Requisitos Profissionais e Técnicos Desejáveis

• Experiência no suporte a Sistemas de Gestão (ISO 45001 e ISO 9001), com foco em melhoria contínua e conformidade legal.

• • Conhecimento em ergonomia, saúde ocupacional e práticas de gestão ambiental aplicadas à segurança.
  • Experiência na condução ou apoio a auditorias internas e externas relacionadas a sistemas de gestão de segurança, saúde ou qualidade.

Familiaridade com planos de resposta a emergências, simulações e iniciativas de continuidade de negócios.

Participação em Comissões Internas de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) ou liderança em campanhas de prevenção e cultura de segurança.

• Experiência na elaboração e condução de treinamentos, workshops ou programas de conscientização em segurança.
• Capacidade para gerenciar relacionamentos com prestadores de serviços, contratados e partes externas, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança.
• Perfil analítico, com habilidade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos e sistemas de gestão de riscos.
