S2P Digital Transformation Lead
Introduction
The S2P Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for leading the digital transformation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, with a focus on identifying, designing, and implementing data-driven and AI-enabled solutions that automate, simplify, and digitize the daily activities of procurement buyers (sourcing, tactical, and operational). The role aims to reduce manual workload and enable buyers to focus on strategic negotiations that improve commercial outcomes for the company.
The employee will be entrusted with solving the most complex and high-impact business problems within the procurement domain. These challenges require advanced analytical thinking, deep technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, intelligent solutions using data and AI.
Prior experience as a procurement buyer is highly valuable, as domain-specific knowledge is critical for understanding the nuances of procurement processes and for designing effective, practical solutions that align with business realities.
Your role and responsibilities
Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives across the S2P process, with a focus on automation, AI integration, and data analytics.
• Tackle complex business problems by designing innovative, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through the application of generative and agentic AI technologies.
• Design and prototype automation tools and analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Cognos, Power BI
• Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and maintain data-driven performance measurement frameworks for procurement buyers
• Communicate analytical insights and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Remain current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI, data science, and procurement transformation.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, digital transformation, procurement technology and working as a buyer.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and prototyping.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in Cognos (dashboards and reporting) and experience in Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
- Demonstrated experience with agentic and generative AI applications in business contexts.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data pipelines, and SQL.
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data and AI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
