Introduction

The Recruiter is responsible for in-bound, active candidate processing which involves reviewing and screening candidate applications from a variety of sourcing channels and presenting the most qualified to be interviewed by the client. The Recruiter may manage an individual requisition load, working directly with the Hiring Manager from discovery intake to offer negotiation or form part of a sourcing team, supplying active candidates for requisitions managed by the IBM Talent Acquisition Business Partners. They will act as the first point of contact for active candidates and will be able to convey the client's EVP and talk knowledgably about the company, industry, and role opportunity. This role is Fixed Term Hire with 1 year employment contract.

Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the end to end recruitment for professional hiring including sourcing, screening, closing and stakeholder engagement
  • Subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry or function, relentlessly creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines and recognized in the marketplace
  • Understanding their evolving client group, competition and market dynamics to be able to anticipate talent and hiring shifts.
  • Prepare and consult with their client groups regarding hiring requirements, strategy and execution.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years recruitment experience in both in-house and agency environment
  • Able to provide innovative, creative solutions for the business
  • Experience in niche skills hiring/ passive candidate sourcing / lead generation is highly desirable
  • Ability to build strong networks internally and externally
  • Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities and highly adaptable to change
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutions and results orientated
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be fluent both in Korean and English
