QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce implementations.

2. Execute both manual and automated tests, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

3. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

4. Perform regression testing after every system update or enhancement.

5. Collaborate with the development and functional consulting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust test scenarios.

6. Participate in the review of system configurations and customizations to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

7. Contribute to the creation of test environments and data setup.

8. Provide feedback on system usability and suggest improvements.

9. Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies and promote their application in our projects.

10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the organization.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce testing.

3. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

4. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (preferably with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Coded UI, or similar).

5. Familiarity with MS SQL and ability to write and execute basic queries.

6. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

9. Certifications in software testing or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce testing are highly desirable.
