Project Manager-Cognitive & Analytcis

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
• Develop detailed project plans, including timeline, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Implement best practices for project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships

Team and Technical Leadership and Oversight

• Lead technical teams in designing and deploying cognitive and analytics solutions, including AI models, data pipelines, and visualization tools
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client architectures
• Collaborate with architects and data scientists to address technical challenges and optimize performance

Risk and Quality Management

• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in deliverables
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data analytics, AI, or technology consulting
• Proven track record in delivering complex, data-driven projects within scope, time, and budget
• Strong understanding of cognitive technologies, machine learning, and data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, IBM Watson, Power BI)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
