IBMストレージ製品に関わるエキスパートラボのサービスを円滑に遂行いただける、プロジェクトリーダーを募集しています。
インフラストラクチャー• エキスパートラボでは、IBMのSystems製品に関する深い知識と経験をもとに、お客様やBP様に技術支援を提供しております。エキスパートラボの技術支援の内容は多岐に渡り、以下のようなことを実施しております：
• お客様の難しい要望に対するコンサルティング
• PoCなどによるプリセールス活動の支援
• Systems製品の設計• 構築作業ならびに技術支援
• スキルトランスファーや講習会の講師
• QA対応やトラブル対応の支援
また、エキスパートラボでは、海外出張を通して最新技術のスキルを向上させる機会や、海外エンジニアとの協業を通してグローバルで活躍できる場があります。
本募集では、Systems製品のうち、特にストレージ製品に関わるプロジェクトをリードできるエンジニアを募集しております。
【業務内容】
• プリセールス活動を加速するための技術支援と提案活動
• IBMストレージ製品に関わる設計• 構築作業を中心とした技術支援の実施兼プロジェクトマネージメント
• お客様やBP様へのスキルトランスファーの実施兼プロジェクトマネージメント
• 最新技術に関わるスキルの向上

Required technical and professional expertise
【必須】
• 3年以上のプロジェクトリーダー経験
• 5年以上のストレージ製品の設計• 構築経験（IBM Storage製品経験や、Host attached ストレージの経験があればベター）
• ストレージ関連のトラブルシューティング経験
• Linuxのシェルなどのスクリプト作成経験
【スキル】
• プロジェクトの提案活動、プロジェクトマネージメント、デリバリーリーダー等、のリーダーシップ能力
• ストレージに関する深い知識を有し、現実的なストレージの設計や構築を遂行する能力
• ビジネスを遂行する上での、チーム内や他部門とのコミュニケーション能力
• ネットワークの、基本的なスキル（CCNA相当）
• Linuxの、基本的な操作スキル
【英語力】
• TOEIC600以上。メールやドキュメントで英語を使うことに抵抗感がないことが必須（英語での会話に支障がなければベター）
• 海外出張でワークショップに参加する機会あり。この場合、自身のスキル向上と、帰国後にチームへのフィードバックが可能な英語力が求められます
その他：
• エキスパートラボは、IBM社内からもスキル的に頼りにされる部門です。ストレージ製品を設計• 構築する仕事をメインとしておりますが、一方で常にスキルを研鑽し続ける必要があります。また、海外との接点も多く、グローバルで活躍できるチャンスもあります。目まぐるしく変わるIT技術、世の中の変化に物怖じせず果敢に取り組める勇気を持っている人を評価いたします。
