Your role and responsibilities
You will serve as a trusted partner, co-creating new value with clients and driving both digital and business transformation together. In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project.

You demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients engaged in mutual aid services within government-related organizations.
Required education
None
Required technical and professional expertise
- Experience in driving large-scale projects for the government or geverment-related organizations at an IT vendor, SIer, consulting firm.
- Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development or system construction for the public sector.
- Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.
