Product Marketing Manager

We define and optimize IBM's brand, capture the market's attention, and articulate our point of view for clients, partners, the media, and even other IBMers. Your role and responsibilities
Leads end-to-end Go to Market planning, execution and performance for a strategic ecosystem partner & product marketing
- Key member of the IBM partner product marketing team owning the entire spectrum of GTM, alignment, relationship for the Palo Alto strategic partner alliane, and product marketing
- Works across IBM consulting, sales, all facets of marketing and communications leadership to execute the Go-to-Market plans for joint IBM/Palo Alto business priorities and offerings
- Drives integration of partnership offerings in brand messaging, content & demand engine
- Works closely with Palo Alto GTM team to develop execution plan and alignment with Offering teams
- Manages market development funds & resources to support execution activities
- Drives the execution of the GTM plan to hit desired quarterly outcomes
- Manages content and messaging development for priority plays for strategic partner offerings
- Provides quarterly marketing outcomes updates to the business
- Aligns with events team to think outside-the-box and include Partner product offerings, messaging at priority events
- Support the creation of compelling full funnel marketing content and sales collateral, including thought leadership content, videos, sales materials, webinars, blog posts, presentations, client case studies, demos and more..
Advocates for partnership across IBM Marketing and Sales
- Collaborates with GEO marketing leads to share the partnership messaging, product marketing, content and align on the local marketing strategy.
Advocates and Collaborates within IBM
- Engages Palo Alto team in launches, events, awards
- Identifies and assists in building client stories to promote externally
- Targets multiple audiences within the priority offerings - internal and external
- Product launches and marketing
- Manage sales collateral by establishing a regular cadence for collecting and publishing new content, and driving internal promotion campaigns to drive awareness of new content and initiatives for the strategic partnership.
- Galvanize internal support across IBM marketing for our consulting portfolio and ensure marketing generated signals that land in our target accounts are viewed appropriately by our business and followed up
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
5 years of experience in Product or B2B Marketing
* Experience creating marketing business plans
* Interest in, but not limited to, the following software products: generative AI, hybrid cloud, data and analytics, security, supply chain, or sustainability
* Experience working and communicating with groups of different backgrounds and skills to enable collaboration
* Experience managing multiple priorities at once, prioritizing tasks, and shifting in an environment of continuous change
* Broad understanding of AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI concepts
Preferred technical and professional experience
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
