Your Key Responsibilities:
• Program Ownership and Growth:
Own a specific program area, steering growth and continuous improvement while embodying expertise in product transformation through key packaging and pricing initiatives.
• Agile Team Facilitation:
Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Innovative Development:
Drive innovative initiatives with a roadmap centered on maximizing customer outcomes.
• Strategic Leadership:
Aligning multiple stakeholders, delivering valuable outcomes, and realizing the intended impact.
• Strategic Partnerships:
Establish strategic partnerships to amplify the value and reach of the program. Expand functionality and attract an adjacent customer base to drive continued success.

Demonstrate a track record of championing the voice of the customer. Your approach includes conducting customer-driven usability studies and hypothesis-driven experimentation.

Prove your ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Rely on influence rather than authority to establish a shared product vision.
• Passion and Curiosity for Innovation:

• Strong problem solving:

Preferred technical and professional experience
- Organized and diligent program management skills including use of excel, Monday.com, Jira and Aha
- Conversant in software product processes like parts creation and other connected systems
- Familiarity with go-to-market motions such as subscription, consumption/usage-based and on-prem license models
