Introduction
Vous rejoignez une équipe d'une vingtaine de designers UX/UI, répartis sur plusieurs périmètres applicatifs. L'équipe intervient sur des projets à fort enjeu métier (applications internes, outils métiers, plateformes digitales), avec une attention constante à la qualité, à la cohérence et à l'impact utilisateur. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement stimulant, collaboratif et structuré autour de méthodes design éprouvées.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
- Co-construire la vision design du ou des produits avec le lead designer
- Être un point de référence design pour les autres membres de l'équipe
- Porter la qualité des livrables UX/UI, en apportant du feedback et en garantissant la cohérence globale
- Contribuer activement à l'organisation du travail design (roadmap, répartition des tâches, coordination avec les PO/Tech)
- Conduire des démarches de user research qualitatives : entretiens utilisateurs, tests de prototypes, exploitation des feedback
- Recueillir les besoins, animer des ateliers de cadrage, de co-conception ou de tests utilisateurs
- Réaliser des wireframes, prototypes et maquettes haute-fidélité
- Adapter votre posture selon les interlocuteurs : savoir convaincre les parties prenantes tout en embarquant les utilisateurs
- Alimenter les réflexions autour du design system et faire remonter les besoins fonctionnels ou composants manquants
- Participer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques design auprès des équipes projets

Required education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Vous avez 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en UX/UI ou Product Design
- Vous êtes capable de structurer un sujet complexe, de prioriser et de fédérer autour d'une approche claire
- Vous avez une vraie sensibilité produit et une bonne culture design
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements exigeants, avec de multiples interlocuteurs (métiers, IT, PO, autres designers)
- Vous aimez transmettre, partager vos méthodes, accompagner les autres
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Figma (design, prototypage, composants), les méthodes de recherche utilisateur et les techniques d'animation d'atelier
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension des contraintes techniques, et vous êtes à l'aise pour collaborer avec des développeurs
