In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
LEARNER SUPPORT

Provide guidance and mentorship to learners during actual training.
❑
Identify and address learning challenges or barriers.
❑
Encourage self-directed and lifelong learning habits.
ASSESSMENT AND FEEDBACK
❑
Develop assessment tools to identify skills gap, evaluate learner progress and understanding.
❑
Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
❑
Adjust training strategies based on assessment outcomes.
TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
❑
Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences (e.g., learning management systems, e-learning modules).
❑
Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual or hybrid learning sessions.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
❑
Stay updated with the latest trends in education, training, and facilitation techniques.

Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve future sessions.

Attend professional development programs and training.
