Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you'll step into a world of innovation and transformation. You'll collaborate closely with clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technologies to craft tailored solutions that optimize financial processes and business operations. Picture yourself leading the charge in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and customization. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex technical designs, solutions & challenges, all while providing top-notch training and support to clients.
What You'll Do:
Extensive understanding of the Oracle HCM applications including tables, integrations, reports and fast formulasTranslate business requirements into CEMLI deliverablesWrite business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM ERP/ Cloud Fusion projects.Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud Fusion projects.Assist our clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM ERP/Cloud Fusion projects.Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients.Hands-on experience with Fusion Release 13 Prior experience leading HCM implementations & Managed Services engagements

Required technical and professional expertise
What You'll Bring: Experience of 5+ years with Cloud HCM. Modules: Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Benefits and OTL. Oracle Cloud experience is a must.3 to 4 years of Fusion Cloud Implementation experience.Experience working in onsite/offshore model w/ experience working independently / collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines.Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts.Good understanding of HCM Business ProcessesStrong expertise in relevant tools/technologies.Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL.Experience in HDL, Fast-formulas, Extracts and BI Reports.Experience with Infolets, Dashboards along with BIP is preferred.Knowledge and/or Experience in OIC and VBCS preferred.Experience in Cloud Security - Roles is required.Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, JIRA, etc.Working with end customer. Reviewing incidents/enhancements and providing solutions for POSTPRODUCTION issues.Experience working with Oracle Support logging Service Request (SR) and Production issues.Experience in post-production instance maintenance.Review Quarterly Cloud Releases and performing impact analysis.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
