What does Master Internship@IBM CIC offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master Internship@IBM CIC program, we offer valuable professional experience in Consulting, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

What can you expect from this position?
Account and project support activities:
• Assisting the DACH Applications Operations Lead
• Collating and updating IBM offerings around AI adoption and aligning them to client needs
• Creating presentations to position IBM in client meetings
• Planning and preparation of client meetings, events and workshops
• Support in business development activities and internal reporting on opportunities
Business development activities:
• Development of response material for proposals
• Support in team coordination & internal processes on sales bids
• Support in material creation for orals presentation sessions
• Support in producing reports for sales and delivery cadence calls
This job is only for candidates who will have finished their Bachelor studies by September 2025 (or earlier) and plan to start with a Master's Degree in autumn or in winter 2025 (Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).

• Preferred fields of study: IT or Business Administration with a focus on digitalization, or a related field
• Strong Interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively through active listening, while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges
• Have the initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit
