In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities

Vous avez décidé de faire partie - ou souhaitez faire partie - d'une structure inédite, au sein du centre de services pour intégrer le pôle qui compte 60 collaborateurs organisés en équipes. En tant que Leader Technique développement IA vous serez donc amené à intervenir sur des projets au service d'une multitude de secteurs d'activités.
En tant que Tech Lead IA, vous interviendrez sur des projets variés, au service de multiples secteurs d'activité. Vous jouerez un rôle clé à chaque étape des projets, avec pour missions principales :
• Accompagner et faire monter en compétence les développeurs
• Promouvoir l'adoption des outils d'IA assistée pour le code (Copilot, Tabnine, etc.) :

• Réduction des temps de développement
• Amélioration de la qualité logicielle
• Contribuer à la stratégie d'industrialisation des usages GenAI
• Participer aux phases de test, d'intégration et de recette
• Apporter un soutien technique et managérial
• Participer à une guilde de tech leads
• Réaliser des conceptions techniques et du développement applicatif
• Gérer l'intégration et le déploiement (CI/CD, GitLab, principes SOLID)

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
Expérience :
• 5+ ans en développement full stack
• 2+ ans en IA générative appliquée au développement ou en encadrement d'équipe
Compétences techniques :
• Front-end : React, Angular, Vue.js
• Back-end : Java (Spring), Node.js, .NET Core, Python, Scala
• Outils IA & code assistants : GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Codeium, Continue
• IDE : IntelliJ, WebStorm, VSCode
• CI/CD : GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins
• Cloud & conteneurs : Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud
Soft skills & méthodes :
• Maîtrise du prompting pour LLM appliqué au code
• Vision DevOps et sensibilité à la sécurité applicative
• Esprit d'équipe, communication fluide, sens du partage
• À l'aise avec les méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Français courant
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Expérience en refonte ou architecture complexe
• Compétences en gestion de projet ou d'équipe
• Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
