Internship SAP Consultant MM

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As an IBM Intern in SAP practice, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions across various business functions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with SAP systems and methodologies, while developing your technical and analytical skills in a real-world business environment.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

• Fluent C level in Lithuanian and English is required.
• Knowledge of business domains like finance, logistics, or supply chain
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
• Communication skills - to interact with users, stakeholders, and team members
• Adaptability - learning new tools and concepts quickly
• Attention to detail - especially when working with configurations or data
• Ability to follow documentation and training materials

Preferred technical and professional experience

• ERP system familiarity (even if not SAP-specific)
• Basic understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or S/4HANA)
• Understanding of data flows and system integration
• Willingness to learn SAP tools and methodologies
• Curiosity to explore new SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP BTP)
