Your role and responsibilities
Intern - Studio Professional (IBM Innovation Studio)
Supports engagement teams by handling logistics, documentation, and coordination of client sessions. Assists in facilitation, ensuring smooth execution and capturing key insights. Begins developing a broad understanding of company solutions, industry trends, and stakeholder needs.
Every individual is expected to play their part to achieve the KPIs defined at the team or organizational level.
These KPIs are examples of the specific and consistent metrics important to assessing the team's performance and productivity.
Some examples of team/org KPIs could include:

Enterprise Design Thinking & Agile Techniques
• Adapts Design Thinking frameworks for complex business needs. • Aligns teams and stakeholders through structured, hands-on collaboration.
Stakeholder Alignment & Management
• Leads stakeholder interactions across business and technical teams. • Resolves potential misalignments. • Builds relationships to strengthen collaboration and co-creation.
Industry & Technology Trend Analysis
• Advises clients on the strategic impact of emerging technologies. • Shapes engagement roadmaps based on future industry directions.
Product & Solution Knowledge
• Shapes discussions on solution roadmaps and future capabilities. • Advises stakeholders on best-fit products for strategic initiatives. • Guides teams in leveraging the full potential of the product portfolio.
Business & Technical Translating
• Leads discussions that align technology strategy with business goals. • Guides teams in structuring technical messaging for executive audiences.
