Your role and responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integration solutions across enterprise systems using IBM App Connect, IBM MQ, IBM API Connect, and IBM Event Streams.
Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and scalable communication across applications.
Implement message routing, transformation, and orchestration flows based on integration patterns and business requirements.
Manage message queues and topics, ensuring high availability and resiliency across distributed systems.
Collaborate with solution architects to implement best practices and design reusable integration components.
Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.

Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and deployment activities within CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and support procedures.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
2-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration using:
IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE/IIB)
IBM MQ
IBM API Connect
IBM Event Streams (Kafka)
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, message transformation, and service orchestration.
Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
Experience in designing and implementing synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
Good understanding of enterprise messaging systems, queue/topic configurations, and high-availability setup.
Proficient in debugging, monitoring, and optimizing integration flows.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred exposure to WebMethods, TIBCO, or Boomi as an added advantage.
