業務内容
IBM Z H/Wグローバルサポートチームの一員として、主にIBM Zハードウェア障害に関する保守サポート業務に従事していただきます。主な業務内容は以下の通りです。
1. 障害対応• 原因判別

• 世界中のお客様が使用しているIBM Zハードウェア製品に発生した障害の原因を判別。
• 障害状況を分析し、迅速かつ正確な対応を実施。

2. 顧客対応

• お客様に対して障害の状況や原因の説明を行い、適切な保守作業時間の調整を実施。
• 必要に応じて、英語を用いてグローバルのお客様とのコミュニケーションを行います。

3. 技術員との連携

• IBM技術員に対して保守作業の指示を提供し、修理や交換作業をスムーズに進めるためのサポートを行います。
• 必要な部品の発注および障害ケースのクローズ業務を担当。

4. 問い合わせ対応

• 社内外からの技術的な問い合わせに対し、QA対応を行います。

5. グローバルチームとの連携

• 世界各地の上位サポートメンバーと密に連携しながら、迅速かつ的確な問題解決を目指します。
• チーム内での知識共有やプロセス改善を推進し、お客様のビジネス継続を支援します。

Your role and responsibilities

IBM Z Hardwareのサポートエンジニアとして、リモートからハードウェア製品障害• 不具合に対し現場技術員などと協業しながらWorldWideのお客様に対し英語にてサポートを提供します。IBM Z ハードウェア製品の保守をリモートからサポートするTokyo Lab - Systems Support組織での募集です。

IBM Zは多くのミッションクリティカルな業務が稼働する社会インフラを支えるメインフレーム製品です。IBM Zハードウェア製品がどのようなシステムに使用されているのかを意識し、IBM Zハードウェア製品サポートのスペシャリストとして向上心とグローバルコミュニケーション能力のある方を求めています。

Required technical and professional expertise

週3日以上オフィスに出社できる方

• 英語での会話に抵抗がない方

• チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションを楽しめる方

• ビジネスレベルの日本語

• 日常会話以上の英語能力（入社後一定期間でCEFR B1取得頂きます。）

• 一般的なIT知識（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、プログラム問わず）

• 自主性、自ら考え行動できる

Preferred technical and professional experience

• 最新テクノロジーを学習し、業務に展開する意欲

• Linux系資格保有者（LPICなど）

• Network系資格保有者（CCNAなど）

• Python

• 保守サポート業務経験者（製品不問）

• Program経験者(Python, C, Javaなど）
