Introduction

Your role and responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Focus: The core responsibility is to work with partners to identify technical needs within their client base and then help them progress those opportunities into sales for IBM.
  • Client Success: The goal is to ensure that clients are successful in their use of IBM technology, which in turn drives further business growth for IBM.
  • Partner Enablement: This role includes working with partners to expand their technical capabilities and expertise, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and support IBM solutions.
  • Territory Management: The specialist is responsible for a specific geographic or market area (the "territory"), where they develop and execute strategies to grow IBM's business with partners in that area.
