IBM i および関連ソフトウェア製品のテクニカル• サポートエンジニアとして、リモートから製品の不具合や使用方法のお問い合わせに対しサポートを提供します。
IBM製品の保守を行うTokyo Lab - Systems Support組織での募集です。
IBM i はIBM Power Systems上で動作し、主に企業の基幹業務（会計、販売管理、在庫管理、銀行、保険など）で用いられている堅牢な統合型オペレーティング• システムです。
サポートのスペシャリストとして向上心を持って、国内外の同僚と協業しながら日々の業務に取り組んでいただける方を求めています。

テクニカル• サポートエンジニアの役割
• お客様からの日々のお問い合わせに対する技術サポートの提供
• 一定の基準以上の重篤な障害に対する24時間365日の技術サポートの提供
• お問い合わせいただいた問題の調査、ログやトレースの分析、複雑な問題のデバッグを含む分析、トラブル• シューティング
• 製品の不具合が疑われる場合は、海外の開発部門と協力してお客様へ修正プログラムを提供する
• 限られた情報を整理• 分析し、対応方針を決定し、問題解決をリードし、高い顧客満足を実現する
Required education
None
Required technical and professional expertise
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
• 文面でのやりとり可能な英語能力
• ITシステムの運用、サポート、アプリケーション開発等の経験
• 週1日以上のオフィスへの出社
• チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションを積極的にとり、協業していただける方
• 最新のテクノロジーを学習し、業務に展開する意欲のある方
Preferred technical and professional experience
- チームリーダーやマネージャー、プロジェクト管理の経験
- 日常会話レベルの英語能力
- サポート業務経験
- 複雑な技術的問題のデバッグ/トラブルシューティングおよび解決策の実装に関する経験
- IBM Db2とWebsphereの運用、サポート、アプリケーション開発等の経験
