• お客様からの日々のお問い合わせに対する技術サポートを提供します。
• 問題判別/原因究明のスキルを用いて、お客様にテクニカル• サポートを提供します。

• 顧客満足に貢献するソフトスキルやテクニカルスキルを発揮し、確立されたガイドラインの範囲内でテクニカルサポートを提供します。
• お問い合わせいただいた問題の再現、ログやトレースの分析、複雑な問題のデバッグを含む分析、トラブルーシューティングを行います。
• 製品の不具合が疑われる場合は、海外の開発部門と協力してお客様へ修正プログラムを提供します。
• テクニカル• サポートツールおよびプロセスの新規導入や既存の改善を推奨し、実装します。
• 限られた情報を整理• 分析し、対応方針を決定し、問題解決をリードし、高い顧客満足を実現します。

• データベース構造に関する理解
• コーディングおよびコード読解の高いスキル
• 問題再現、ログ• トレース分析、デバッグを含む高度なトラブルシューティング能力

• 日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭• 書面）
