No matter the area you enter, you will advise top clients on their digital journey supported by IBM's top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.
You will research, ideate, cocreate, prototype to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging, results oriented, client facing, dynamic and international environment, where everyone (junior or senior) is expected to actively contribute, innovate and take the lead.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Work experience not required, maximum 1 year of internship experience
Thorough and analytical mindset, with capability to apply logic to solve problems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities
Attitude and interest in a Consultant career
Languages required: English (B2, written and spoken), Spanish (native/C1)
Preferred technical and professional experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
