Your role and responsibilities

Join IBM Consulting as part of our Associate Program - a launchpad for fresh graduates passionate about solving real-world problems through technology and innovation.

1. Application Developer - You will design, develop and support scalable applications and interfaces, collaborate on generative AI and full-stack development projects and apply IBM Design Thinking using modern UI frameworks and databases. You should have proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Phyton, SQL, ReactJS), exposure to APIs, Spingboot and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, GCP) as well as familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Microservices architecture and database technologies.
2. Business Transformation Consultant - You will help clients align their business strategies with technology by analyzing data, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating insights to stakeholders. You'll apply IBM Design Thinking methodology within agile environments to solve complex business challenges. This role requires strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in building business cases and managing multiple tasks effectively is also essential.
3. Designer - You will create wireframes, prototypes and engaging digital experiences while conducting user research and applying human centered design principles to solve real user problems. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into intuitive, user-focused solutions. This role requires experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision along with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies. Strong visual design, communication and analytical skills are essential to effectively translate ideas into impactful digital products.
4. Package Consultant - You will support the implementation and integration of enterprise software solutions by performing end-to-end project tasks including gathering, design, testing and data migration. Youn will also configure package applications and assist with back up and recovery processes. This role requires familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud or Google Cloud as well as an understanding of AI concepts and enterprise application systems. A strong analytical mindset and natural aptitude for consulting are essential to effectively deliver tailored solutions to clients.
5. Security Consultant - You will assist in the design and implementation of secure systems and processes, analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to enterprise-wide access management strategies. You'll work across various security domains, including Identify and Access Management (IAM), Data Security and Risk & Compliance. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of network security, encryption methods and authentication protocols. Familiarity with tools such as Java, Phyton, C/C++, Sharepoint and security scanners along with knowledge of threat detection tools, industry-standard protocols and security frameworks is essential.
6. Data Scientist - You will work to solve business problems using leading edge and open-source tools such as Python, R and TensorFlow combined with IBM tools and our AI application suites. You will prepare, analyze and understand data to deliver insights. This role requires proficiency at least one of the following such as R, Python, Scala or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and great at solving problems by looking at things differently, debugging, troubleshooting and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues.

• Currently in the final year of your degree program or
• Must have graduated no more than 2 years prior to the commencement date
• Educational backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business or related disciplines
• Less than 2 years of relevant work experience, if any
• Passionate, curious and driven individuals excited about solving real-world problems
