HR Intern (Part-Time) - Indigenous Identity Only

Introduction

The HR Intern is a supporting role in the Taiwan HR team. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for external candidates and internal IBMers by delivering HR-related services and support. In this role, you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM's strategy.

Your role and responsibilities

The part-time HR Intern will work 2.5 days per week and you will:

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including planning and executing recruitment programs(e.g. internship program, campus hire and engagement activities.) , reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

• Assist with HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems e.g. OT & Leave analysis.

This position could help you to learn HR knowledge by handling full function HR programs, and modern HRIS technology. At the same time, there are several online resources to learn more about HR e.g. Your learning online learning platform, global enablement/ training etc.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Basic English skills
