Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Global Sales Development Executive/Specialist to join our growing Hybrid Cloud & Data service line. This role is responsible for leveraging sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and positioning our hybrid cloud, data, and digital transformation offerings to meet business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of cloud and data technologies to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Ownership
    • Support Hybrid Cloud & Data Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for Hybrid Cloud & Data.
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline across existing and new client accounts.
    • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Client Engagement & Business Development
    • Identify customer needs and map tailored solutions aligned to business outcomes.
    • Establish and maintain trusted client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships
    • Work closely with delivery teams, and marketing to design compelling propositions.
    • Collaborate with hyperscaler and technology partners to strengthen joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Stay current on industry trends in hybrid cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, and digital infrastructure.
    • Share insights to shape sales plays, campaigns, and account growth strategies.

Bachelor's Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Global relationship management
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology or IT services sales, preferably in cloud, data,

or digital transformation.

• Strong client facing and consultancy skills

  • Strong business knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions, data platforms, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving focus
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong virtual collaboration skills
  • English: Fluent

Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred

  • Master's Degree
  • Other EU based languages are desired
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or data technology
