Introduction
The Financial & Accounting (F&A) Delivery Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the F&A service delivery processes, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely financial operations for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, process improvement skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Your role and responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of F&A professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Design, implement, and continually improve financial and administrative (F&A) service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and delivery, to align F&A processes with client requirements and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and analyze F&A service delivery metrics, identifying trends, and proposing improvements.
- Manage budgets, forecast resource requirements, and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in F&A service delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.

Required technical and professional expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial & Accounting service delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of process improvement, project management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Knowledge of shared service centers and global delivery models.
- Experience in implementing automation and technology solutions in F&A processes.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
