Our Marketing, Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility (MCC) team tells this story and is responsible for positioning IBM in the market. We define and optimize IBM's brand, capture the market's attention, and articulate our point of view for clients, partners, the media, and even other IBMers.
Your role and responsibilities
As an IBM CSR Product Marketing Design intern, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact across IBM's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. - Work alongside a global community of 6000+ interns and meet other IBMers during networking events, special team events and career development activities
- Enhance your design skills through a combination of education platforms, and receive career guidance from your manager, and coordinator to get everything you need to shape the start of your career
- Explore our core CSR programs, discovering how design addresses challenges within these areas and how creativity intersects with technology and impact
- Participate in CSR Product Marketing campaign efforts and projects with a focus on design, and experience how we help transform our key areas
What to expect:
- Agile Methodology: The team works in an Agile environment.
- Fast-paced environment: Marketing agency rhythm with fast turnaround times, proactive behavior, and teamwork. Soft skills are essential.
- Self-management: Ability to manage your time and work independently.
- Global collaboration: A small part of the team is located in São Paulo (Vila Mariana), but we work with the global team daily, so English proficiency is mandatory.
- Hybrid position: 3 days in the office per week.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12PM to 6PM (with 1 hour for lunch) - 6 hours daily journey
In addition to your work assignments, the internship includes educational, networking, and social activities. Between your assignments and intern programming, you'll get to touch a variety of areas within Marketing, Communications, & CSR. Start date for this internship is early June 2025.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise
- Pursuing a degree in design or co-related areas with expected completion by the end of 2026 or 2027
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Proficiency in Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
