Your role and responsibilities

The IBM Z team that supports IBM clients and internal teams across the Americas. We work hands-on with cutting-edge IBM Z and LinuxONE technology, providing enablement, guidance, and technical demonstrations to help organizations realize the full potential of IBM Z. In this position, you will gain exposure to enterprise-class systems, modern automation, and hybrid cloud environments.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Strong problem solving and communication skills

Able to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively and contribute to an agile team environment

Ability to write accurate, clear, and concise content for a global audience.

Ability to Design, develop, edit, and produce accurate and effective technical documentation

Preferred technical and professional experience

Ability to use and contribute to shared source repositories such as GitHub

Experience with XML or DITA tagging languages

Ability to leverage IBM Design Thinking practices

Familiar with DevOps and a variety of software engineering concepts"
