Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
Aa a Designer at IBM, you'll focus on customer and employee strategies that explore opportunities to improve digital innovation, addressing user needs and designing world-class digital experiences. You'll support to uncover user and business requirements in the context of the technical landscape through applying User Experience, Design Thinking, and Information Architecture methods. In your role, you may be responsible for:
UX and UI work such as: creating wireframes, visual interfaces and prototypes; annotating the wireframes; collaborating with other designers, researchers, consultants and developers; making sure the interaction is getting recorded and addressed correctly.

Develop attractive layouts that effectively combine images and text, communicating messages clearly and impactfully.
Create calls to action (CTAs) that encourage engagement and increase conversions.
Understand and apply communication rules, structuring appropriate journeys for different audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within our MarTech Delivery Model, actively participating in meetings and design reviews.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of responsive HTML.
Interest in learning about Martech and Salesforce, with a focus on creating marketing emails and landing pages.
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
Differential: Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus.
