• お客様の経営課題に対し、中長期的な視点で、お客様への特別なオファリングを立案、ソリューションとして提案
• 長期包括契約の契約締結から、契約維持管理全般を担うチーム全体をマネージして、お客様とのパートナーシップ強化を実践
• 各種ITツールを活用し、お客様への提案に向けた資料作成、社内特別承認の取得サポート、業務チームとの協業により、組織運営の効率化をリード
• お客様への契約維持管理サービスの提供（過去の契約履歴を含めた資料提供など）

大手金融• 保険• 製造業のお客様が中心
IBMが扱う全製品、サービスが対象
大部分は直販契約だが、ビジネスパートナー様と協業する場合もある
