Data Solution Architect

5 days ago Dublin, Ireland

Introduction

We're looking for a collaborative and thoughtful Data Solutions Architect to join our Software organization. In this role, you'll help connect the dots between Software product teams, Platform Engineering, and the CIO organization-making sure everyone is aligned and enabled to deliver great data experiences.

You won't be expected to build every solution yourself, but you'll play a key role in shaping how data is used across our software products. You'll work with architects and technical leads to support scalable, governed, and value-driven data strategies-especially around telemetry, integration, and analytics. Your work will support our shift toward SaaS and product-led growth, as well as newer efforts like AI-powered features and workflow automation.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Partner Across Teams: Work with data architects, engineers, and other technical experts to align on data strategy, architecture patterns, and delivery frameworks that support our software roadmap.
  • Support Product Data Needs: Help represent the needs of software product teams, making sure their requirements around telemetry, analytics, and data integration are clearly understood and supported.
  • Enable Instrumentation: Help teams implement consistent and automated telemetry across the customer journey to better understand product usage and drive adoption.
  • Connect Product and Go-to-Market teams: Support the development of data flows between Product and Go-to-Market teams to enable use cases like consumption-based pricing, targeted onboarding, and experimentation feedback loops.
  • Contribute to AI Initiatives: Collaborate with teams building AI features to define tracking, success metrics, and governance strategies that ensure responsible and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate Delivery: Help drive execution of cross-functional data initiatives by keeping teams aligned, removing blockers, and promoting shared understanding.
  • Promote Governance: Support data governance efforts by working with CIO and Legal teams on standards like data quality checks, lineage tracking, access controls, and customer consent.
