Liderar y coordinar los procesos de compras garantizando eficiencia, cumplimiento de políticas corporativas y generación de valor para la organización, mediante la negociación estratégica con proveedores, la optimización de recursos y el aseguramiento de la calidad en la cadena de suministro.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar el proceso de compras, asegurando tiempos de entrega, calidad y costos competitivos.
• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
• Negociar condiciones comerciales, contratos y acuerdos de servicio alineados a los objetivos de la empresa.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de los KPIs y SLAs del área de compras.
• Realizar análisis de mercado y benchmarking para identificar oportunidades de ahorro y mejora.
• Garantizar la correcta gestión documental y el cumplimiento de normativas internas y externas.
• Coordinar con las áreas de logística, finanzas y operaciones para garantizar fluidez en la cadena de suministro.
• Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y automatización en los procesos de compras.
• Elaborar reportes de gestión periódicos para la gerencia, destacando resultados, riesgos y planes de acció

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Formación Académica: Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o áreas afines.
• Experiencia: 4-6 años en gestión de compras y negociación, mínimo 2 años en cargos de coordinación o liderazgo de equipos.
• Conocimientos Técnicos:
  
  
  • Gestión de compras estratégicas y tácticas.
  • Manejo de contratos y negociaciones complejas.
  • Análisis de costos y presupuestos.
  • Herramientas ERP (SAP, Oracle u otros).
  • Microsoft Office avanzado (Excel indispensable).
  • Conocimiento en comercio exterior (deseable).
