Content Designer Intern

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience in solving complex user problems through videos, tutorials or other interactive content
• Experience with the Adobe Suite of video development products
• Experience with Camtasia
• Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills
• Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker - able to develop innovative solutions to business problems
• Hands-on expertise in video development, including storyboarding and explaining complex concepts through videos
• Expertise in collaborating with designers, writers, and other stakeholders

Preferred technical and professional experience

• A portfolio of previous video work is an asset
• Bachelor's Degree in Design (visual, interaction, user experience, or HCI) or related field
• Experience designing for complex systems.
