Consultor(a) SAP SD

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Como Consultor(a) SAP, você atuará como um(a) profissional de atendimento ao cliente, trabalhando em colaboração com eles para entregar soluções de alta qualidade e será um consultor(a) de negócios confiável com profundo conhecimento da metodologia de entrega SAP Accelerate ou equivalente e produtos de trabalho associados.

Você trabalhará em projetos que auxiliam os clientes a integrar estratégia, processos, tecnologia e informações para aumentar a eficácia, reduzir custos e melhorar o lucro e o valor para os acionistas. Há oportunidades para você adquirir novas habilidades, trabalhar em diferentes disciplinas, assumir novos desafios e desenvolver uma compreensão abrangente de vários setores.

Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:

• Atuar na análise e desenvolvimento de melhorias funcionais em processos de vendas, pricing, faturamento, entregas e transporte;
• Interagir com as áreas de negócio para levantamento de requisitos e desenho de soluções técnicas e funcionais;
• Elaborar especificações funcionais para a equipe técnica (ABAP);
• Realizar testes integrados (ITC) e apoiar o time de negócios durante os testes de aceitação (UAT);
• Aplicar notas de correção SAP e garantir aderência à Localização Brasil;
• Garantir a integração eficiente entre os módulos SD, MM, FI e LE;
• Responsável por analisar demandas de negócio, propor e implementar soluções aderentes ao sistema SAP, garantindo a estabilidade dos processos de vendas, faturamento e distribuição.

Required technical and professional expertise

Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência no módulo SAP SD para atuar em iniciativas de melhorias contínuas (enhancements) e em serviços de suporte AMS.

Será responsável por analisar demandas de negócio, propor soluções aderentes ao ambiente SAP e garantir a estabilidade e eficiência dos processos de vendas, faturamento e distribuição.

Requisitos:

• Experiência comprovada em projetos e suporte no módulo SAP SD (Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing);
• Conhecimento em configuração (customizing) de processos SD;
• Conhecimento em localização Brasil e aplicação de SAP Notes;
• Familiaridade com processos integrados com os módulos MM, FI e LE;
• Habilidade em análise de processos, documentação técnica e comunicação com áreas de negócio.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Formação superior completa;
• Noções de debugging e leitura de código ABAP (desejável).
