In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
- Executar atividades relacionadas ao gerenciamento de configuração, incluindo registro, atualização e monitoramento de itens de configuração (CIs) no CMDB.
- Garantir a integridade e precisão dos dados do CMDB, conduzindo auditorias e corrigindo inconsistências.
- Participar da implementação e manutenção de ferramentas de CMDB, configurando integrações e relatórios conforme necessário.
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento e documentação de processos de Configuration Management alinhados às melhores práticas do ITIL.
- Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes de Change Management e Service Management para garantir consistência e alinhamento entre os processos.
- Produzir relatórios regulares sobre o estado e a conformidade dos itens de configuração.
- Identificar melhorias nos processos de CM e propor soluções para aumentar a eficiência e a eficácia.
- Experiência prática com ferramentas de CMDB, como ServiceNow, BMC Helix, ou similares.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Experiência em Configuration Management ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento em frameworks ITIL (certificação ITIL v4 é um diferencial).
- Familiaridade com processos de auditoria e validação de itens de configuração.
- Habilidade em análise de dados e geração de relatórios utilizando ferramentas de BI, como Power BI ou Tableau.
- Noções básicas de automação e scripts para gerenciamento de configuração (Python, Bash ou PowerShell).
- Experiência com integração de CMDB em ambientes híbridos (on-premise e nuvem).- Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade dos dados.
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares.
- Proatividade na identificação e resolução de problemas relacionados à configuração.
- Capacidade de priorizar demandas e entregar resultados em prazos definidos.
