Your role and responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for transformation through data analytics
- Develop data-driven transformation roadmaps aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Design and deliver analytical models and dashboards that support strategic decision-making
- Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytical techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to extract insights from complex data sets
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement data platforms, governance models, and performance tracking frameworks
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in clear, compelling formats
- Support change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of analytics solutions
Required education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or data analytics
- Proficient in data analytics concepts (descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and storytelling skills with the ability to link data insights to business actions
