Business Operations Analyst

You will be responsible for the following:

• Develop technology solutions for business process enhancements.
• Plan and define requirements and objectives in coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Document end-user requirements and processes for system enhancements and development.
• Execute system test plans to validate performance against requirements.
• Lead segments of larger projects and develop training materials and presentations.
• Gather and translate functional and business requirements from stakeholders into functional hosted solution designs that align with Apptio's capabilities.
• Administer daily management of system production support and handle monthly and annual reporting cycles including solution design, testing, deployment, and training.
• Manage the monthly calendar for Apptio systems, including the forecast opening and closing, supporting monthly and annual financial processes.
• Ensure data integrity, perform monthly data loads, and resolve data mapping and reconciliation issues.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to develop data capabilities and streamline system architecture for optimal functionality of Apptio tools.
• Import, transform, and rationalize data from various systems of record (e.g., SAP, PPM, ServiceNow) to ensure seamless system integration.
• Enhance the Apptio platform through automation, data configuration, and report generation.

• Experience with SQL and other analytic tools.
