Business Analyst
Introduction
Business Analyst (Technical BA) The candidate should have very good written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand business requirements and skills to break it down for the technical team Knowledge of any technical stack will be useful.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Documentation:
Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for various projects, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Analysis:
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
Proactive Engagement:
Engage proactively with team members to gather necessary information and provide updates on documentation status.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
Presentations:
Develop and deliver presentations to communicate technical information, and business insights to stakeholders.
Create visually appealing and informative presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Organizational Skills:
- Highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Self-Motivation:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and resolving issues.
- Self-motivated and proactive in engaging with team members and stakeholders.

Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical documentation.
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Adobe Experience:
Detail meeting minutes and action items.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Tools and Technology:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
Experience with project management and issue tracking tools like Jira.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Knowledge Management or similar platforms.
