Desejável: Ter uma visão geral dos processos de CT para entender o contexto dos testes e identificar possíveis cenários de teste.

• Capacidade de liderar equipes e inspirar os membros da equipe.

• Experiência com soluções de automação, incluindo CP4BA, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), GenAI, Python e C#.
• Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria de processos, como Lean e Six Sigma.

• Habilidades de comunicação eficazes para trabalhar com equipes de automação, stakeholders e clientes.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com outros times.
• Capacidade de ser proativo e antecipar problemas.
• Disposição para aprender novas tecnologias e práticas.
• Habilidades de resolução de problemas complexos.
• Conhecimento em gestão de projetos e planejamento de projetos.
