Your role and responsibilities

• Gerenciar e analisar documentos imobiliários relacionados aos imóveis e às atividades operacionais do cliente;
• Monitorar prazos de validade de licenças, alvarás, registros e demais documentos obrigatórios;
• Realizar a atualização de informações cadastrais e contratuais no sistema;
• Atualizar controles internos e planilhas de acompanhamento;
• Manter contato direto com clientes e fornecedores para esclarecimentos, alinhamentos e solicitações;
• Identificar riscos relacionados à documentação e propor ações corretivas;
• Atuar em parceria com times internos para resolução de demandas operacionais e administrativas.

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Experiência prévia com documentação imobiliária, licenças e processos regulatórios.

Conhecimento em legislação imobiliária e ambiental (desejável).

Habilidade em organização, análise documental e gestão de prazos.

Capacidade de comunicação clara com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.

Proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

Domínio de ferramentas de gestão documental e Excel intermediário.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experiência prévia com documentação imobiliária, licenças e processos regulatórios.

Conhecimento em legislação imobiliária e ambiental (desejável).
