Your role and responsibilities

Como Arquitecto(a) de Soluciones, serás un miembro clave del equipo, encargado de conectar los requerimientos técnicos, funcionales y de implementación del cliente con el diseño y la propuesta de la solución. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con clientes y equipos de ventas para construir soluciones que respondan a los resultados de negocio del cliente, basándote en las mejores prácticas reconocidas para la tecnología y la industria.

En este rol dinámico, serás responsable de diseñar y construir la estructura de trabajo desglosada (Work Breakdown Structure), que derivará en una estimación de alto nivel (Rough Order of Magnitude), y en la definición del precio y el alcance del trabajo (Statement of Work).

Required technical and professional expertise

• Conocimientos Tecnológicos: Habilidades y conocimientos en las siguientes áreas tecnológicas: tecnologías de infraestructura de IBM (IBM System z).
• Diseño de Soluciones: Experiencia comprobada en dimensionamiento y definición de soluciones enfocadas en servicios, incluyendo requerimientos funcionales y de implementación para fases como diseño, desarrollo, integración, soporte en producción y operaciones.
• Relación con Clientes: Experiencia en generar credibilidad y orientación al servicio con stakeholders del cliente.
• Habilidades de Comunicación y Liderazgo: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo para gestionar compromisos complejos con clientes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Especialización Tecnológica: Sólida experiencia en al menos una de las siguientes áreas tecnológicas: IBM System z, z/OS, Machine Learning / IA en z, soluciones de Datos y Analítica en z, soluciones de resiliencia y automatización Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex (GDPS).
• Interacción con Clientes: Experiencia trabajando directamente con clientes en la definición de soluciones tecnológicas.
• Gestión de Proyectos Simultáneos: Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos en un entorno dinámico e innovador.
• Conocimiento de Software IBM: Se valora experiencia con productos del portafolio IBM Software, especialmente en IBM Data & AI.
• Modernización en IBM Z: Conocimiento de estrategias y herramientas para la modernización en IBM Z.
• Diseño de Infraestructura Empresarial: Conocimiento en sistemas de procesamiento de transacciones y diseño de infraestructura empresarial.
