AR Senior Analyst

Introduction

As fast growing account with great potential, we are looking for an experience AR Analyst, preferably with RTR background or experience to join our team for 6 months (with option to extend) to support with trade process during transition & stabilization period. Your role and responsibilities

- Validating promotional invoices using external EPOS data & promotional plans set out by Sales

- Support planning cycle, collaborate with other finance teams and manage compliance and controls projects

- Business Partnering with Sales & Finance to resolve invoice/accrual queries

- Managing high volume invoices (200-300PM)

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting

- Reviewing audit claims

- Raising invoices disputes & following up on credit notes

- Reconciling Billing VS accrual

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

- Fluent English required, other European language nice to have

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, SAP & HRC

- Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems

- Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines

- Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot things others miss

- Most importantly, you're an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data.

- Excel experience is required
