Associé à la direction de l'Ecosystème d'IBM, en travaillant au quotidien avec les membres d'une équipe pluri disciplinaire en charge du développement de l'activité et du rayonnement d'IBM et des directions locales de nos sites dans 10 Métropoles, vous découvrez le marché d'I/T, très compétitif, en pleine croissance, avec des clients locaux et internationaux de différents secteurs d'activités, et leurs ecosystèmes locaux. Vous découvrirez aussi la vie de plusieurs équipes commerciales et techniques avec leurs rythmes business et opérationnel.

Vous participez aussi au suivi et l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de transformation de notre entité Ecosystème sous plusieurs dimensions (Business development, Relations partenaires, marketing, relations avec les influenceurs).
Concrètement, vous apprenez à :
Participer au développement de l'activité business sur des territoires, construire et suivre un plan transformation, leader et participer à des évènements clients et partenaires, accompagner des partenaires lors de parcours clients IA ou hybrid Cloud.

- Curiosité, rigueur, autonomie, dynamisme, goût de la relation client, appétence pour la transformation digitale des entreprises, capacité à prendre la parole en public dans un environnement international.
- Connaissances des supports digitaux.
- Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais indispensables.
