Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C#, or similar).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/Oracle) and basic data modeling.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, or integration frameworks (preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) or DevOps practices is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn financial services technology (payments, lending, AML, markets).
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
